For the relief of Maria Cordova.
Summary:
• This bill would make Maria Cordova eligible for an immigrant visa or adjustment of status to lawful permanent resident, notwithstanding standard numerical limitations under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
• Any existing orders of removal or deportation against Maria Cordova would be rescinded, and she cannot be removed or denied admission based on grounds reflected in Department of Homeland Security or State Department records at the time of enactment.
• Maria Cordova's relatives (natural parents, brothers, and sisters) would receive no special immigration rights or privileges as a result of her relief under this bill.
