Pennington County Land Conveyance Act
Summary:
• Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to convey approximately 8.97 acres of Black Hills National Forest land (plus any improvements) to Pennington County, South Dakota at no cost
• The conveyed land is intended for use as a public works facility or other uses the County determines necessary
• Upon conveyance, the Secretary must modify the Black Hills National Forest boundary to reflect the land transfer
