To require curbside delivery of mail at certain housing developments, and for other purposes.
Summary:
• Requires the U.S. Postal Service to provide curbside mail delivery to residents of certain qualifying housing developments
• Prohibits the Postal Service from spending any funds to cease or limit curbside delivery at such developments
• Defines a qualifying "housing development" as a cluster of 50 or fewer single-family homes in a subdivision or similar grouping located within 300 yards of any other residence that already receives curbside delivery
