• Amends the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act to require that individualized education programs (IEPs) include a projected date for a student's completion of their secondary education program
• Requires IEPs to include a statement that the student will receive a certificate of completion on that projected date, regardless of whether the student is eligible for a regular secondary school diploma
