Summary:
• The bill amends the Higher Education Act of 1965 to improve postsecondary education accessibility for students with disabilities by authorizing competitive grants to institutions for faculty/staff training, establishing required Offices of Accessibility at all institutions, and creating an independent commission to develop guidelines for accessible electronic instructional materials
