• Requires the Secretary of Agriculture to establish a formal annual consultation process with Tribal Governments on budget requests and multi-year program reauthorizations (including farm bills), with at least 30 days' notice before each consultation and a reporting mechanism documenting issues, comments, and responses
• Directs the Secretary of Agriculture, alongside the Secretaries of Housing and Urban Development and Commerce, to create an interagency task force to review and reduce administrative burdens for economic development program applicants and align planning and application requirements across agencies
• Requires the Secretary of Commerce to establish a working group to build and regularly update a publicly accessible repository of all Federal economic development programs available to Tribal entities
