Summary:
• Reauthorizes the Mosquito Abatement for Safety and Health Program at $100,000,000 per year for fiscal years 2026 through 2030
• Expands the program by allowing the Secretary to consider innovative and novel technology in making grants, and permits grant recipients to use up to 5% of funds annually for continuing education and training
• Directs the Secretary to coordinate with the Strategic National Stockpile to prepare emergency supplies of vector-borne disease control products and incorporate a stockpiling strategy into the national vector-borne disease strategy
