• "Covered technologies" includes AI and other systems that influence human decision-making at work or that adapt/learn over time based on data or experience, and may affect job tasks, pay, scheduling, or worker autonomy
• If the Bureau fails to publish on schedule, the Commissioner of Labor Statistics must report to designated congressional committees explaining the reasons and expected publication date
