Southern Nevada Wastewater Infrastructure Lands Act
Summary:
• Directs the Secretary of the Interior to convey approximately 257 acres of Bureau of Land Management land in Nevada to the Clark County Water Reclamation District at no cost, within 180 days of receiving a request from the District
• The land must be used for public purposes, including construction, operation, and management of wastewater infrastructure; if it ceases to be used for public purposes, the land reverts to the United States
