Combating Foreign Threats to Main Street Act of 2026
Summary:
• Requires the Small Business Administration Administrator to develop and disseminate educational materials about foreign adversary conduct that poses material harm to small business concerns, made available through SBA district offices and other programs
• The educational materials must cover topics including intellectual property protection, cybersecurity, supply chain risks, foreign investment risks, and available federal resources to help small businesses identify and address such threats
• Beginning October 1, 2027, the Administrator must annually review and update the educational materials to reflect emerging threats, evolving tactics, and changes in federal law and policy
