• Allows individuals with disabilities to campaign for elected office without their campaign work or campaign compensation being counted against their eligibility for federally supported benefits
• Applies to any Federal program or State/local program financed in whole or in part with Federal funds
• "Qualified individuals" covered by this bill are those entitled to benefits under title II or XVI of the Social Security Act by reason of a disability
