• Establishes a competitive 5-year grant program for eligible institutions of higher education to implement patient-centered academic counseling services for student survivors of sexual assault and other violence
• Grant funds may be used for re-entry assistance, faculty/staff training, academic accommodations, mental health services, professional development for advisors, and wrap-around services funds for survivors
• Priority in awarding grants is given to institutions with Title IX violation histories, community colleges, and minority-serving institutions including HBCUs and Tribal Colleges and Universities
