Summary:
• This bill grants Godfrey Oliver Wade eligibility for an immigrant visa or adjustment of status to lawful permanent resident, notwithstanding standard numerical limitations under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
• Any existing orders of removal, deportation, or findings of inadmissibility against Wade are to be rescinded, and he cannot be removed or denied admission based on grounds reflected in Department of Homeland Security or State Department records at the time of enactment.
• Wade must file the appropriate application with fees within 2 years of enactment to qualify, and his natural parents, brothers, and sisters receive no preferential immigration benefits as a result of this legislation.
