• Prohibits naming, renaming, or designating any Department of Defense facility, aircraft, vessel, or other asset after a sitting President
• Prohibits the use of any DoD-authorized funds for any fiscal year from being used to name or designate DoD assets after a sitting President
• Requires any DoD asset already named for the current sitting President as of the bill's enactment date to be restored to its previous name
