• Establishes a task force within the Department of Justice Criminal Division to investigate and prosecute trade-related crimes, including duty evasion, trade-based money laundering, and smuggling
• Requires the Attorney General to increase capabilities and capacity to prosecute trade-related crimes and create new positions for criminal trial attorneys and support personnel
• Authorizes $20,000,000 for fiscal year 2026, with at least 80 percent to be used by the Criminal Division for criminal prosecution of trade crimes
