MAIN Event Ticketing Act

• The MAIN Event Ticketing Act amends the Better Online Ticket Sales Act of 2016 to expand prohibited conduct to include using automated applications to purchase event tickets in circumvention of posted online ticket purchasing order rules, including software that bypasses access control systems or security measures.
