Summary:
• Prohibits U.S. entities "integral to the national interests of the United States" from complying with foreign sustainability due diligence regulations, explicitly including the EU's Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive
• Blocks U.S. courts from recognizing foreign court judgments against covered U.S. entities related to such regulations, and imposes civil penalties up to $1,000,000 on persons who take adverse action against complying entities
• Provides a hardship exemption process allowing covered entities to petition the President for relief from the prohibition, which is automatically granted unless the President denies it in writing within 30 days
