• Amends the Visit America Act to add music tourism promotion as a responsibility of the Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Travel and Tourism, for both domestic and international travel
• Defines "music tourism" as traveling to visit music-related attractions (museums, studios, venues) or to attend music festivals, concerts, or live musical performances
• Requires the Assistant Secretary to submit a report to Congress on activities and achievements related to domestic and international travel goals, initially due within 1 year of enactment and every 2 years thereafter
