• Amends the Crow Tribe Water Rights Settlement Act of 2010 to make improvements to that Act
• Repeals Section 406 of the original Act (the MR&I System section) and replaces references to "System" with "Projects"
• Creates new MR&I Projects Account and Crow CIP Implementation Account within the Crow Settlement Fund
