Crystal Reservoir Conveyance Act
Summary:
• Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to convey approximately 45 acres of Forest Service land containing Crystal Reservoir and related infrastructure to the City of Ouray, Colorado
• Requires the City to maintain the land as open space with free public recreational access and assume responsibility for dam operations and maintenance costs
• Includes conveyance of associated water rights while requiring the City to manage them according to Colorado state water law
