• Requires the Bureau of Prisons to fully implement, within 90 days of enactment, recommendations from a 2023 Inspector General report on addressing sexual harassment and sexual assault of staff by inmates
• Directs the Inspector General to collect updated data and conduct analysis on inmate-on-staff sexual harassment and sexual assault incidents for fiscal years 2022–2025, then report findings to Congress and the Attorney General
• Requires the Attorney General to promulgate national standards for prevention, reduction, and punishment of sexual harassment and sexual assault perpetrated by incarcerated individuals against Bureau of Prisons staff within 1 year of receiving the Inspector General's analysis
