Pennington County Land Conveyance Act
Summary:
• Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to convey approximately 8.97 acres of National Forest System land within the Black Hills National Forest to Pennington County, South Dakota, at no cost
• The conveyed land is to be used by the County for a public works facility or any other uses the County determines necessary
• Upon conveyance, the Secretary must modify the boundary of the Black Hills National Forest to reflect the land transfer
