Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library Act
Summary:
• Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to provide up to $50,000,000 in grants to the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library Foundation for establishing a presidential library in Medora, North Dakota
• Grants are contingent on the Foundation first certifying it has received at least $100,000,000 from North Dakota state funds or non-Federal sources; grant funds cannot be used for library maintenance or operation
• Allows the Secretary to loan Federal museum artifacts and objects (including items not currently on public display) to the Foundation within 180 days of enactment, at no cost
